Ledger Live Doesn't Recognise Device

Make sure the device is unlocked and showing the dashboard. Close other wallet software. Restart Ledger Live. On Linux, confirm udev rules. If Bluetooth, re-pair from scratch. Update Ledger Live to the latest version.
